Needing direction and a guiding light, Anna was introduced to the Vedic Path in 2008. Since then, she has built a strong foundation of wellness using the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda. Her passion is to assist others in cultivating these same foundations in their own lives.
Anna is a practicing Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner and Vedic Counselor. Her passion and training specifically focus on yoga, Vedic lifestyle, body and energy work.
For over a decade, she has worked to develop and deepen her understanding of lifestyle concepts utilizing the Ayurvedic approach.
Anna is dedicated to holding sacred space and connecting with clients through the art of healing. She is blessed and honored to be able to offer these gifts with those who are searching for balance on their journey.
